Brainstorming

On coming Wednesday, my company will hold a seminar for engineers at the headquarters in Tokyo where I work.

I have been in charge of seminars for all the people in my company.
However, the seminar for engineers is the first time for me to conduct.

Since it would be a smaller seminar than I had before, there would be many changes including space, time and human resources for the event. Therefore, I should be careful not to make mistakes.

So, I took time for brainstorming by myself. I wrote out what I need for the whole event.

After I felt I cleared my head, I started to think of more details including a layout of the venue, time schedule, and who is going to play an each role in the operation.

I feel good since I made a progress in planning the project today.
