My Routine in Beverages

I have a tumbler at my workplace.

In the morning, I filled the tumbler with Caramel Macchiato at the Starbucks of in my office building.

I do it not usually but only occasionally as something of a luxury when I feel like I need it.

Let me tell about my daily routine about drinks this time.
I make green tea in the morning.

My workplace has an employee lounge. After making tea and having a sip,
I practice short meditation…..only for 5 minutes!
To make myself concentrate on work?….I guess.
But, I feel there is the a difference between day with meditation and without it.

At lunchtime, I drink Kombucha. Do you know Kombucha?
Kombucha tea is a fermented drink made with tea, sugar, bacteria, and yeast. Although it’s sometimes referred to as kombucha mushroom tea, kombucha is not a mushroom.

I quite like the taste of KombuchaIt is good for me to enjoy a feeling of relaxation. It gives a relaxed feeling.

In the afternoon, I drink cafe au lait or milk tea (a little bit sweet).

When I feel tired, I taste drink them. So basically, I drink three types of  beverages drinks at my workplace.

If you have such kind of routine, please let me know.
